Our principal
Moran Shultz is the founder and principal of LifeinAus. She is a Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1795282), registered with OMARA since July 2017 and bound by its Code of Conduct.
Before becoming a migration agent, Moran practised as a lawyer overseas, focusing on torts and negligence — a background that shapes how she approaches every case: with careful attention to evidence, deadlines and the points that decide the outcome.
Moran has guided individuals and families through every part of Australia's visa system — from Skilled Independent, Skilled Nominated and Regional visas, to the National Innovation visa (formerly Global Talent), partner and family visas, and employer-sponsored work and permanent residence pathways. She is sought out particularly for complex cases: applicants who have previously been told there is no pathway, multi-stage strategies that combine state nomination with federal applications, and high-stakes employer sponsorships.
Clients consistently describe her work as professional, meticulous and personal. Her practice is built on clear communication, realistic timelines and disciplined preparation — applications that arrive at the Department ready to be decided.
Moran works in English and Hebrew. When you work with Moran, you work with Moran directly — she handles every case end-to-end, with the calm, candid guidance Australia's migration system demands.
